El desarrollo rural y las estrategias de intervención de las cooperativas agropecuarias de Entre Ríos: su relación con el accionar de sus ingenieros agrónomos

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación, a partir de un enfoque cualitativo, pretende realizar aportes para la comprensión de las estrategias de intervención de seis cooperativas agropecuarias de Entre Ríos, República Argentina, a través del accionar de sus ingenieros agrónomos. Se busca corroborar los diferentes roles que desarrollan los profesionales de la agronomía (asistente, asesor o agente de desarrollo), desde la mirada de los presidentes, gerentes y del ingeniero agrónomo y las estrategias institucionales y comerciales que implementan las cooperativas estudiadas, en un contexto de concentración y con la presencia de nuevos actores y nuevas formas de comercialización, que amenazan al sistema cooperativo. Se analiza, si desde los consejos de las cooperativas se ve la necesidad de realizar cambios estratégicos en relación con los asociados y si los ingenieros agrónomos deben continuar ejerciendo el mismo rol o buscar otras formas de intervenir en los territorios.

The present research, which is based on a qualitative approach, aims to make some contributions to the comprehension of the intervening strategies from six agricultural cooperatives operating in Provincia de Entre Ríos, Argentina, through the action of Agricultural Engineers. They are looking forward to corroborating the different roles Agronomist Professionals ( assistants, counsellors, developmental agents,) being viewed by their seniors, managers and agronomists, together with institutional and commercial strategies which the studied cooperatives implement in a concentrated context, adding to this the presence of new actors, and new ways of marketing which are threatening the cooperative system. The fact is wether from the point of view of the cooperative boards there is a strong support to make the strategic changes as regards the partners, and at the same time find out if agronomists should continue exercising the same role or look for new ways to intervene within the territories.
