Relación entre el trabajo del teleoperador y el padecimiento de enfermedades psiquiátricas

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo analiza los factores influyentes en el padecimiento de enfermedades psiquiátricas en trabajadores de un Call Center debido a un aumento en este tipo de patologías causantes de ausentismo laboral. Más allá que ningún caso fue declarado enfermedad profesional por la aseguradora de riesgos de trabajo correspondiente, luego de algunas denuncias realizadas por estrés laboral o Sme. de Burnout, es necesario analizar la problemática y posibles medidas a tomar para reducir riesgos. El recurso humano analizado de la empresa son trabajadores que realizan tareas de teleoperadores, en general un rango etario joven de 20 a 30 años con jornada laboral de 6 hs diarias. Se realiza un trabajo descriptivo, retrospectivo analizando los casos en un periodo de tiempo determinado, poniendo énfasis en tipo de diagnóstico, duración de la licencia laboral, informes de especialistas donde se detallan síntomas del paciente, factores personales y laborales que influyen en el sufrimiento de enfermedades mentales. Se observa que la patología que afecta a la mayor cantidad de los pacientes es el Trastorno de Ansiedad Generalizada, seguido de Estrés agudo, Trastorno depresivo y por último Trastorno Obsesivo Compulsivo. Teniendo en cuenta el tiempo de duración de las licencias laborales, en su mayoría coinciden con el periodo de enfermedad inculpable con goce de sueldo, finalizando con reintegro a sus tareas, en la fecha de reserva de puesto. El factor laboral influye en una parte importante de los casos, pero siempre acompañado por factores personales, extra-laborales que en conjunto determinan la patología.

The following work analyzes the influencing factors in the suffering of psychiatric illnesses in workers of a Call Center due to an increase in this type of pathologies that cause absenteeism from work. Beyond that no case was declared an occupational disease by the corresponding work risk insurer, after some complaints made due to work stress or Sme. of Burnout, it is necessary to analyze the problem and possible measures to take to reduce risks. The analyzed human resources of the company are workers who perform telemarketing tasks, in general a young age range of 20 to 30 years with a working day of 6 hours a day. A descriptive, retrospective work is carried out analyzing the cases in a determined period of time, placing emphasis on the type of diagnosis, duration of the work leave, specialist reports detailing the patient's symptoms, personal and work factors that influence the suffering of mental diseases. It is observed that the pathology that affects the largest number of patients is Generalized Anxiety Disorder, followed by Acute Stress, Depressive Disorder and finally Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Taking into account the duration of the work leave, most of them coincide with the period of culpable illness with pay, ending with reinstatement of their tasks, on the date of reservation of the position. The work factor influences an important part of the cases, but always accompanied by personal, extra-work factors that together determine the pathology.
