La construcción del estándar jurídico internacional del derecho a la vivienda digna en el ámbito latinoamericano.

Abstract

El proyecto se propone la reconstrucción del estándar de protección del derecho a la vivienda digna teniendo en cuenta tanto las normas como las decisiones de los órganos internacionales. El derecho a la vivienda digna ha resultado ser uno de los derechos sociales más controvertidos en cuanto a la posibilidad de concreción. La reconstrucción y sistematización de sus parámetros permitirá contar con una herramienta teórica y metodológica en continua evolución. Luego, con dicha herramienta se podrá abordar el escenario latinoamericano a fin de observar los elementos de tensión y sistematizar los aspectos problemáticos y sus disputas en las prácticas locales.

The project proposes the reconstruction of the standard of protection of the right to decent housing, taking into account the norms and the decisions of international organization. The right to decent housing has turned out to be one of the most controversial social rights in terms of the possibility of realization. The reconstruction and systematization of its parameters will allow us to have a theoretical and methodological resource in continuous evolution. Then, with this resource, the Latin American scenario can be addressed in order to observe the elements of tension and systematize the problematic aspects and their disputes in local practices.
