Fortalecimiento de la Vinculación y Transferencia Tecnológica de la Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos

Abstract

La Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos (UADER) es una institución de educación superior pública y gratuita de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, compuesta por cuatro Facultades distribuidas en 16 localidades de la Provincia. Cuenta con 103 titulaciones de nivel superior y un plantel de 3451 docentes. La UADER recibió la habilitación como Unidad de Vinculación Tecnológica (UVT-UADER) mediante Resolución 193-08 de la Agencia Nacional de Promoción Científica y Tecnológica. A fines del año 2012 se lleva adelante la normalización de la UADER, y a principios de 2013 se crea a la Dirección de Vinculación y Transferencia Tecnológica (DVyTT – UADER), dependiente en ese momento de la Secretaría de Extensión Universitaria, de la cual pasó a depender la UVT – UADER. Atento a la presencia territorial distribuida de UADER, emerge una potencialidad de relación con actores dentro de la provincia, ampliando las posibilidades de vinculación, transferencia, detección de las demandas, y posibilidad de abordar soluciones desde el ámbito universitario a la sociedad en la cual está inserta. En el presente trabajo se indagó la situación actual de la universidad en materia de vinculación tecnológica y se realizó una propuesta de fortalecimiento de la UVTUADER, teniendo en cuenta que la vinculación tecnológica se inscribe en el Proyecto Institucional aprobado por Resolución Nº 086-13 del Consejo Superior.

The Autonomous University of Entre Ríos (UADER) is a public and free access higher education institution of the Province of Entre Ríos, composed by four Faculties distributed in 16 locations all around the Province. It has 103 higher-level degrees and a staff of 3,451 teachers. UADER received authorization as a Technological Linkage Unit (UVT-UADER) through Resolution 193-08 from the National Agency for Scientific and Technological Promotion. At the end of 2012, the standardization of the UADER was carried out, and at the beginning of 2013 the Directorate of Linkage and Technology Transfer (DVyTT - UADER) was created, dependent at that time on the University Extension Secretariat, from which it became depend on the UVT - UADER. Attentive to the distributed territorial presence of UADER, a potentiality of relationship with actors within the province emerges, expanding the possibilities of linkage, transfer, detection of demands, and the possibility of addressing solutions from the university level to the society in which it is located. In the present work, the current situation of the university in terms of technological linkage was investigated and a proposal was made to strengthen the UVTUADER, taking into account that technological linkage is part of the Institutional Project approved by Resolution No. 086-13 of the Council Higher.
