dc.description.abstract	Los riesgos especiales han sido desarrollados en miras de fundamentar el deber de intervenir de parte de aquellos quienes realizando comportamientos jurídicamente aprobados, pero de riesgo incrementado. Así, luego de contextualizar, y desarrollar el concepto ideado por Jackobs, se procura localizar diversos criterios objetivos tendientes a identificar dichos riesgos, sobre la base del caso del empleo de agrotóxicos en Argentina.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	The special risks have been developed in order to substantiate the duty to intervene on the part of those who carry out legally approved behaviors, but with increased risk. Thus, after contextualizing and developing the concept devised by Jackobs, an attempt is made to locate various objective criteria aimed at identifying said risks, based on the case of the use of agrochemicals in Argentina.	en_EN
