Configuración de las prácticas de trabajadores de salud en el Centro de Atención Médica de San Jerónimo Norte en contexto de pandemia por Covid 19

Abstract

En la presente tesina me propuse como objetivo analizar la configuración de las prácticas de los trabajadores de salud en el Centro de Atención Médica de San Jerónimo Norte en contexto de pandemia por Covid-19. Para lo cual reconstruí la historia y actualidad de la institución, al mismo tiempo que recuperé y analicé los discursos de los trabajadores en torno a sus prácticas e indagué acerca de los desafíos afrontados por los mismos. Realicé esta investigación en el marco de tres categorías centrales: trabajadores de salud, prácticas y pandemia, que fueron de guía para el desarrollo de la tesina. Para llevar adelante este estudio elegí una metodología cualitativa y de diseño de investigación flexible, lo que me permitió utilizar distintas técnicas para recabar la información requerida, como la observación, entrevistas semi estructuradas y análisis de documentos, para poder cumplir con los objetivos planteados.

In this thesis, my objective was to analyze the configuration of the practices of health workers at the San Jerónimo Norte Medical Care Center in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. For which I reconstructed the history and current events of the institution, at the same time that I recovered and analyzed the workers' discourses regarding their practices and investigated the challenges faced by them. I carried out this research within the framework of three central categories: health workers, practices and pandemic, which were a guide for the development of the thesis. To carry out this study, I chose a qualitative methodology and flexible research design, which allowed me to use different techniques to collect the required information, such as observation, semi-structured interviews and document analysis, in order to meet the stated objectives.
