Este proyecto tiene como propósito analizar las relaciones entre universidad y esfera pública. Si bien el objeto de estudio se recorta sobre la Universidad Nacional del Litoral, creada en 1919 como una universidad regional, esto no impide que se aborden temáticas que preceden a su creación y problemáticas que, por ser comunes a la institución universitaria a escala nacional, involucran a la del Litoral y requieren un análisis comparativo para esclarecer ciertas particularidades. La institución universitaria se entiende como una figuración, esto es, un entramado de interdependencias entre individuos y grupos, sujeto a tensiones y reconfiguraciones, en el que el poder es producto de relaciones, no un atributo o una sustancia. Esta perspectiva posibilita abordar la constitución de agentes y sus prácticas significantes, a la vez que permite contemplar las complejas relaciones de la universidad con los escenarios políticos de la Argentina del siglo XX. El proyecto asume una perspectiva de análisis que se fundamenta en el diálogo interdisciplinar de la historia con el resto de las ciencias sociales y, por consiguiente, apela a diversas corrientes de la investigación social, sobre todo a aquellas que privilegian el análisis relacional para abordar acciones y estrategias sin escindirlas de los principios de jerarquización y de las posiciones objetivas de los agentes. Para ello, se recuperan los aportes de la historia política renovada, de la historia conceptual, de la historia intelectual y del análisis del discurso.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationships between univestity and publicsphere. University institution is understood as a figuration, that is, a network of interdependencies between individuals and groups, subject to tensions and configurations, in which power is a product of relationships, not an attribute or a substance. This perspective allows to analyze the agents constitution and their significant practices, as well as inquire the complex relations between university and the changing political scenarios of 20th century in Argentina. The project assumes a perspective based on the interdisciplinary dialogue between history and social sciences and, consequently, appeals to various currents of social research, especially those that privilege relational analysis to address actions and strategies without pulling them apart from hierarchy principles and agents’ objective positions. For this purpose, contributions from renewed political history, concept history, intellectual history and discourse analysis are recovered. sphere.
