Este estudio enfoca la atención en los procesos del hacer, en tanto elemento nuclear del campo disciplinar de la Terapia Ocupacional, atendiendo a las particularidades de las experiencias sensibles allí implicadas. La referencia al hacer y lo procesual como núcleo, difiere de las construcciones anglosajonas fundantes y supone un posicionamiento epistemológico inscripto en una tradición nacional que este estudio busca profundizar. A su vez lo sensible es aquí entendido, en relación con el campo de la Estética, considerando una doble significación, por un lado la sensibilidad en tanto conocimiento sensible y, por otro, como aspecto sensible de nuestra afectividad (Huisman, 1966). Baumgarten, el fundador de la estética filosófica, ya en el siglo XVIII cuestionaba la cognitio racional como único modo de conocer, y proponía una cognitio sensitiva. Discusiones contemporáneas (Rolnik, 2023, Espejo, 2023) consideran ambas modalidades como complementarias y presentes en todo proceso del hacer. Desde esta perspectiva toda experiencia es sensible y en ese sentido es estética (Mandoki, 2005).La formación y las prácticas de Terapia Ocupacional en nuestra región han estado orientadas mayormente desde una visión instrumental de los procesos del hacer, entendiéndolos como medio para recuperar, rehabilitar, reinsertar. Esta orientación se liga a prácticas reduccionistas que instrumentan actividades en función de lograr efectos en concordancia con una lógica prescriptiva, restringiendo la lectura de la diversidad y la amplitud de los efectos que resultan de los procesos de intervención en Terapia Ocupacional. Por tal motivo, esta investigación se propone generar instancias de talleres como estrategia metodológica precisa (Mata Solis, 2020, de Oliveira Figueiredo, 2015) que habilita un modo particular de conocer, sostenido en el desarrollo de experiencias compartidas entre docentes y estudiantes con materiales y técnicas vinculadas a los oficios y artes plástico-visuales (textiles,cerámica, dibujo, pintura entre otras producciones gráficas), el juego y las narrativas. El propósito es contribuir a la construcción de una epistemología situada (Fleisner, 2023) del campo de Terapia Ocupacional, desde una perspectiva de cuidados. Se pretende que sus resultados aporten a la evaluación continua del diseño curricular de la carrera, teniendo impacto en la formación de grado y en la construcción de una Terapia Ocupacional local y regional.
The authors of this project make up the team of researchers of the CAI+D: "Health care practices and community participation" of the Escuela Superior de Sanidad “Dr. Ramón Carrillo”, Facultad de Bioquímica y Ciencias Biológicas, Universidad Nacional del Litoral. This study started proposing a movement from a health-disease-attention approach to a health-disease-care one with the orientation of the socio-health practices to the integral development of subjects and communities and from a rights perspective. This team and our subject of study are the results of many years of teaching, making extension work and researching together. The team was organized into four themes that guided the work and made it possible to review the main contemporary theoretical approaches about care practices. This new study focuses on the processes of doing, as a nuclear element of the disciplinary field of Occupational Therapy, taking into account the particularities of the sensitive experiences that are involved there. Understanding the doing and teh process as the core of practice differs from the founding "anglosajonas" constructions and supposes an epistemological positioning inscribed in a national tradition that seeks to be deepened. At the same time, the sensitive is understood here, in relation to the field of Aesthetics (from the Greek aisthésis: sensitivity. Soriau, 1998), considering a double meaning, on the one hand sensitivity as sensitive knowledge and, on the other, as an aspect sensitive of our affectivity (Huisman, 1966). Baumgarten, the founder of philosophical aesthetics, in the 18th century already questioned "rational cognitio" as the only way of knowing, and proposed a "sensitiva cognitio." Contemporary discussions (Rolnik, 2023, Espejo, 2023) consider both modalities as complementary and present in every process of the doing. From this perspective every experience is sensitive and aesthetic (Mandoki, 2005). The training and practices of Occupational Therapy in our region have been oriented mostly from an instrumental vision of the processes of doing. These are a means to recover, rehabilitate, reintegrate. This orientation is linked to reductionist practices that use activities to achieve certain effects, in accordance with a prescriptive and restrictive logic of the diversity and breadth of the effects of the Occupational Therapy intervention. For this reason, this research aims to generate workshops as a precise methodological strategy (Mata Solis, 2020, de Oliveira Figueiredo, 2015) to enable a way of knowing, which is based on the shared experiences between teachers and students, with materials and techniques that They are linked to crafts and plastic-visual arts (textiles, ceramics, drawing, painting among other graphic productions), games and narratives. The purpose is to contribute to the construction of a situated epistemology (Fleisner, 2023) of Occupational Therapy, from a care perspective. It is expected that the results will contribute to the continuous evaluation of the curricular design of the career, having an impact on undergraduate training and the construction of a local and regional Occupational Therapy.
