El presente proyecto tiene dos líneas de investigación que vienen siendo desarrolladas en los CAIDs 2016 y 2020; (1) una relacionada con la variación microparamétrica en las gramáticas de las variedades regionales del español; y (2) otra relacionada con el desarrollo de habilidades lingüísticas (léxicas, sintácticas y pragmáticas) en niños con dificultades en la adquisición del lenguaje. Ambas líneas comparten el marco teórico general de la lingüística generativista chomskiana, el trabajo sobre el léxico, las interfaces léxico-sintaxis, gramática-pragmática y la investigación sobre diferentes aspectos de la variación lingüística. La línea 1 investigará los procesos de gramaticalización y lexicalización que operan en las lenguas objeto de estudio, i.e. principalmente variedades regionales del español y latín. Estos procesos se encuentran generalmente asociados a fenómenos gramaticales como la cuantificación, la definitud, la temporalidad y la modalidad, entre otros. La línea 2 investiga los problemas en el desarrollo del lenguaje y la cognición en poblaciones atípicas de niños en edad escolar de Santa Fe (Trastorno del Desarrollo del Lenguaje (TDL), Trastorno Espectro Autista (TEA)). Ambas líneas trabajarán con las variedades regionales del español (la línea 1, además, contrastará con el latín), en el marco del Programa Minimalista (PM) (Chomsky, 1995-2008) y dentro del enfoque microparamétrico (e.g., Poletto, 2000; Biberauer, 2008) la línea 1 y bajo supuestos psicolingüísticos de procesamiento (e.g., Corrêa, 2007) la línea 2.
This project has two lines of research that have been developed in the CAIDs 2016 and 2020; (1) one related to microparametric variation in the grammars of regional varieties of Spanish; and (2) another related to the development of linguistic skills (lexical, syntactic and pragmatic) in children with difficulties in language acquisition. Both lines share the general theoretical framework of Chomskian generativist linguistics, work on the lexicon, lexico-syntax, grammar-pragmatics interfaces and research on different aspects of linguistic variation. Line 1 will investigate the grammaticalization and lexicalization processes that operate in the languages under study, i.e. mainly regional varieties of Spanish and Latin. These processes are generally associated with grammatical phenomena such as quantification, definiteness, temporality and modality, among others. Line 2 investigates problems in the development of language and cognition in atypical populations of school-age children in Santa Fe (Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)). Both lines will work with the regional varieties of Spanish (line 1 will also contrast with Latin), within the framework of the Minimalist Program (PM) (Chomsky, 1995-2008) and within the microparametric approach (e.g., Poletto, 2000; Biberauer, 2008) line 1 and under psycholinguistic processing assumptions (e.g., Corrêa, 2007) line 2.
