dc.description.abstract | University extension, as a pedagogical strategy, contributes to the training of the university student and the teaching task from a conception of integrality. Although it is not only a pedagogical strategy, but one of the territories in which university life is organized, along with research and teaching. University extension is conceived as a dialogic, reflective and creative practice, which promotes the active search for knowledge by the participating actors. It is that search and that intimate relationship with the context and with others, which deepens the interrelationship between teaching, research and extension. Various theoretical studies address how practices and methodologies based on experiential education influence the level of performance of university students, however, there is a lack of research that assesses - from the voices of the participants - the importance and implication of integrating teaching. , extension and research, taking extension practices as their axis. In this framework, the purpose of this Project is to analyze and assess the comprehensiveness of university functions from the perceptions of the actors participating in extension projects, of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and to propose - in relation to the results obtained - possible strategies to future that contribute to consolidating the comprehensiveness of university functions. To address the general objective, the following are considered specific objectives: Describe the extension projects developed in the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, in the period 2015 to 2024. Identify significant aspects about the comprehensiveness of functions, perceived by the actors participating in the extension projects. Assess the pedagogical dimensions emerging from the perceptions of the participating actors. Propose pedagogical strategies that contribute to consolidating the comprehensiveness of university functions. The extension teams of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, who have developed extension activities - AET, PEIS, PEII, PEEE -, during the period 2015 to 2024, will be part of the research. A descriptive and interpretive study will be implemented, following research with mixed methodology, since during the process both quantitative and qualitative data will be collected and analyzed, the integration and joint discussion of data will be carried out, to make inferences resulting from all the information collected, seeking a greater understanding of the object of study. The proposal seeks to understand the perspective of the participants - in a group and/or individually - by deepening the analysis of their experiences, opinions and meanings, in relation to the comprehensiveness of university functions and the various pedagogical perspectives for their approach. Within the framework of the research, existing instruments in the Directorate of Social Extension, FBCB, UNL and the Secretariat of Extension and Culture, UNL, will be taken as a starting point, such as final reports of extension projects period 2015 to 2024, final reports of students who have participated in these extension projects. We will work with focus groups, with the participants of the extension projects of the period under study, subsequently semi- structured interviews will be carried out with key participants, according to those emerging from the focus groups. Additionally, institutional documents will be analyzed, such as course plans for the subjects involved in the extension projects under study, Final Work Regulations for the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Unique Teaching Regime (RUE), UNL Statute, among others. to find aspects that account for the importance of the comprehensiveness of teaching, extension and research.
