El objetivo de este trabajo se centra en realizar un análisis del tratamiento frente al Impuesto al Valor Agregado del sector, especificando y detectando las cuestiones que generan interrogantes en materia del impuesto a la hora de llevar a la práctica la actividad; de manera que se realice una evaluación acerca de aquellas problemáticas que presenta el tratamiento actual, y brindar una opinión sobre las modificaciones necesarias para remediar tal situación.
The objective of this work is to conduct an analysis of the treatment of the sector under the Value Added Tax, specifying and identifying the issues that raise questions regarding the application of the tax in practice. In this way, an evaluation will be carried out of the problems presented by the current treatment, and an opinion will be offered on the modifications necessary to remedy this situation.
