Caracterización y análisis de lesiones basadas en el Código Penal de personas accidentadas en el Cordón Industrial Sur

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio es llevar a cabo un análisis y caracterización de las lesiones sufridas por personas accidentadas en el trabajo en el Cordón Industrial Sur, tomando como marco de referencia el Código Penal. El Cordón Industrial Sur es una importante zona industrial en la región, donde se encuentran diversas fábricas y empresas (pyme) que emplean a miles de trabajadores. Es de suma importancia identificar y analizar las lesiones ocasionadas en el lugar de trabajo, ya que esto puede tener implicaciones legales y de responsabilidad de acuerdo con el Código Penal Argentino.

The objective of this study is to carry out an analysis and characterization of the injuries suffered by people injured at work in the Southern Industrial Cordon, taking the Penal Code as a framework of reference. The Southern Industrial Cordon is an important industrial zone in the region, where there are various factories and companies (SMEs) that employ thousands of workers. It is of utmost importance to identify and analyze injuries caused in the workplace, as this may have legal and liability implications according to the Argentine Penal Code.
