Abstract

La investigación aborda la problemática de la prescripción en causas de abuso sexual de menores de edad en Entre Ríos y su posible encuadre como grave violación a los derechos humanos, debido a las respuestas diferentes y contradictorias que ha dado el Superior Tribunal de Justicia de Entre Ríos (STJER). El objetivo general ha sido demostrar que los abusos sexuales contra menores configuran graves violaciones a los derechos humanos y que es posible obtener criterios objetivos de los tratados y fallos de la Corte Interamericana para determinarlas.

This research addresses the issue of the statute of limitations in cases of child sexual abuse in Entre Ríos and its potential classification as a serious violation of human rights, given the diverse and contradictory rulings issued by the Superior Court of Justice of Entre Ríos (STJER). The general objective has been to demonstrate that sexual abuse against minors constitutes a serious violation of human rights and that it is possible to derive objective criteria from international treaties and rulings of the Inter-American Court to define them.
