dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo pretende realizar aportes para la comprensión de los sistemas ganaderos especialmente de cría, en una región ganadera típica que corresponde al departamento de San Cristóbal, localizado geográficamente en el centro norte y oeste de la provincia de Santa Fe. El estudio se basa en un enfoque cualitativo que rescata la percepción de la problemática vista desde el empleado rural y desde el productor. La investigación se ha concentrado principalmente en los campos en los que se ha constatado la contratación de al menos, un empleado de manera permanente en el establecimiento. El tema principal de la tesis son los empleados rurales de esta actividad, ya que se pretende conocer las representaciones sobre el trabajo que realizan, sus condiciones de vida, sus trayectorias laborales y vitales y las características de las relaciones laborales en las que se hayan involucrados. Aportando a esta visión y a la comprensión del manejo de los campos, se indaga sobre la relación de los productores con el establecimiento y cómo esto, influye en las estrategias de producción y en las innovaciones tecnológicas. La realidad del ambiente y los diferentes orígenes de los productores de la zona, hace que se puedan encontrar vínculos y relaciones de trabajo con particularidades. Entre ellas, es posible nombrar la baja presencia de los productores en los campos, debido a las distancias entre el lugar de residencia y el establecimiento y la escasa presencia de profesionales que asesoren a estos productores, sobre todo ingenieros agrónomos. | es_ES |
dc.description.abstract | This paper aims to make contributions to the understanding of livestock systems especially breeding cattle in a typical region corresponding to the department of San Cristobal, geographically located in the center north and west of the province of Santa Fe. The study is based on a qualitative approach that rescues the perception of the problems view from the employee and from the producer. Fieldwork was conducted in a district located northeast of the department, characterized by the presence of livestock farms for the production of meat. Research has focused primarily engaged in the fields and cattle breeding has been found that hiring at least one employee permanently on site. The main theme of the thesis are rural employees of this activity, pretending to know the representations of their work, their lives, their work and life trajectories and characteristics of labor relations in which they have been involved. You bringing this vision and understanding of the field management, investigates the relationship between producers and the establishment and how it influences the production strategies and technological innovations. The reality of the environment and the different origins of the producers of the area, which usually do not come from the region, allows us to find links and working relationships with peculiarities. Among them we can mention the low presence of farmers in the fields, because the distances between place of residence and establishment and the scarcity of professionals advising these producers, particularly agronomists. | en_EN |
