dc.description.abstract This work is part of the Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the Universidad Nacional del Litoral. Its main focus is the social practices of professionals at the Padre Cobo Health Center in the city of Santa Fe during the period 2019-2023. In the specific objectives, I aim to analyze these practices based on three essential elements of Primary Health Care: care, prevention, and promotion. To carry out the research I resorted to a qualitative methodology using techniques such as documentary collection, semi-structured interviews and participant observation. Furthermore, the theoretical framework from which I will conduct the analysis revolves around the five concepts included in the objectives: transsexuality, social practices, care, prevention, and promotion. The purpose of this research is to fill the gap in the study of this population in primary health care centers in the city, as although there are previous studies on healthcare providers, they only pertain to the second level of care. en_EN
